You do not have to live with the person you care for to receive support. Carers can access all the free services available.

Herts MIND Network
Herts Mind Network (HMN) has seven Well Being Centres based in Hemel Hempstead, Watford, South Oxhey, Borehamwood, Waltham Cross, Ware and Bishop Stortford. HMN is a registered charity and affiliated to National Mind.
