The South Hill Centre is a community charity (1102820) which works with other local organisations to provide a range of services for local people within Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. It seeks to provide services which join all local people together, encouraging integration, developing potential, enhancing safety and providing help and support to those most in need.
Turning Point Housing Link Dacorum
Housing Link provides individually tailored community support to adults living in Dacorum, who face difficulties in maintaining their tenancy, or are at risk of tenancy difficulties in the future. These difficulties could be due to mental health difficulties, learning disabilities, drug/alcohol use, or a combination of these issues.
We typically work with individuals who slip through the net of traditional care services. If you have been assessed by other mainstream services, but do not meet their eligibility criteria, or have experienced difficulties engaging with these services we may be able to help.

Home-Start Dacorum
Home-Start Dacorum supports families who are finding it difficult to cope with the stresses of bringing up a young family. Trained volunteers, who are parents themselves, visit and support families in their own homes. They offer time, friendship and help with the everyday difficulties that parents with young children face.
